“I am a Film Production Designer. On the recommendation of a work colleague, I contacted Colin Selby of Eye Candy Labs to customise a new computer to “drive” my 3D modelling software. The brief was for a blisteringly fast computer to allow lag-free modelling, lighting and animations.
I have been most pleased with the computer. But what I also paid for was the after-sales support. Of course we all want no issues with our new hardware, so when issues have occurred, they have been (thankfully) rare. When I have had an issue, the support has been excellent. Phone calls and remote desktop control have been almost instantaneous, and solved on the spot, which gives the greatest peace of mind.
Whilst we’re here, I also ordered a widescreen monitor recommended by Colin, to go with the new computer. It and the computer were installed together and set up on site.
